Websites for restaurants

Website Design For Restaurants & Cafés

People choose where to eat in a few seconds, usually on a phone, usually while standing somewhere else. Your menu, your photos and your location need to load instantly.

Before they contact you

What your customers look for first

The menu — readable, not a heavy PDF or a photo of a printed card
Prices, so they know if it fits the evening
Photos of the food and the seating area
Whether it is open right now
    Directions, parking and table booking

The PDF menu problem

A scanned menu forces the customer to pinch and zoom, takes several seconds to download, and cannot be read by Google. Combined with missing timings, it sends hungry people to the listing that answered faster.

What we build instead

A real web menu in text, grouped by section with prices, that loads instantly and can be updated when your rates change. Plus compressed food photography, today's timings, a booking enquiry form, delivery-platform links and a Maps button.

Local search

Getting found by people nearby

Practical steps that genuinely help. We do not promise rankings and we never add fake reviews or ratings.

Your Google Business Profile with menu, photos and current timings brings most of the walk-in traffic — keep it updated weekly.
Write the menu as text, not images, so dish names are readable by search engines.
Mention the area and landmark in your page title, for example 'rooftop café near Fateh Sagar, Udaipur'.
Respond to Google reviews. We never add invented reviews or ratings to a website.
The examples we show are our own example websites, created to show design and layout. They are not client work and we do not publish results we cannot prove.

Questions

Restaurants & Cafés — common questions

Can we take online orders?

Yes, but for most restaurants we recommend starting with WhatsApp ordering and links to your delivery platforms, since those already handle payments and riders. A full ordering system with payment can be built if you want to own the orders.

How often can the menu change?

As often as you need. The menu is text on the site, so price and item changes are quick. We can also show you how to send us updates.

Do we need a website if we are on Zomato?

Delivery platforms own your customer and charge commission on every order. A website is the place where dine-in guests, party bookings and direct WhatsApp orders reach you with no commission.
