Websites for salons

Website Design For Salons & Beauty Studios

Most salon customers decide from their phone: they look at your work, check whether the price suits them, and message whoever is easiest to reach. Your website's job is to answer all three in under a minute.

Before they contact you

What your customers look for first

Photos of real haircuts, colour work, nails or makeup
A service menu with clear starting prices
Opening hours today, not a generic weekly table
Whether the salon is close to them, with a map
A way to book or ask on WhatsApp without calling

Why salons lose bookings online

Instagram shows your work but hides your prices, hours and location, so people message and then disappear when the price surprises them. A slow site, a PDF price list or a contact form nobody answers pushes them straight to the salon next door.

What we build instead

A short, fast site with your service menu and starting prices in plain text, a gallery of your own work, hours and map, and a WhatsApp button on every screen so an enquiry takes one tap. Customers arrive already knowing the price, which cuts the back-and-forth.

Structure

The pages this website needs

01

Home

What you do, where you are, your best photos, and booking buttons that stay visible while scrolling.

02

Services & prices

Hair, skin, nails, makeup and packages grouped clearly, each with a starting price so enquiries are serious.

03

Gallery

Your own before/after and finished-look photos, compressed so they open fast on mobile data.

04

About & team

Who works there, experience and specialities — the reason someone trusts you with their hair.

05

Contact & directions

WhatsApp, call button, hours, embedded map and landmark-based directions.

Local search

Getting found by people nearby

Practical steps that genuinely help. We do not promise rankings and we never add fake reviews or ratings.

Claim your Google Business Profile and keep hours, services and photos current — for salons it drives more visits than the website alone.
Use the real area name in your page titles, for example 'hair salon in Udaipur', instead of only your salon name.
Put your address and phone number in text on the site, exactly as they appear on your Google listing.
Ask happy customers to review you on Google. Never buy reviews, and we never add fake ones to a site.
The examples we show are our own example websites, created to show design and layout. They are not client work and we do not publish results we cannot prove.

Questions

Salons & Beauty Studios — common questions

Can customers book an appointment on the website?

Yes. Most salons start with a WhatsApp booking button and an enquiry form, because it needs no training and you keep control of the diary. If you want a real calendar with time slots, we can add that as a separate feature.

Do I have to show my prices?

You do not have to, but starting prices filter out people who were never going to book and reduce repeated price questions. We usually show 'from' prices and note that final pricing depends on hair length or service.

I already use Instagram. Why do I need a website?

Instagram shows your work to people who already follow you. A website is what appears when somebody searches for a salon near them on Google, and it holds your prices, hours and directions in one place you own.
